h333 operates a one-account-per-household policy with respect to shared bonus eligibility. Where multiple members of the same household register separate h333 accounts, promotional bonuses will be assessed on a per-household basis and h333 reserves the right to limit bonus participation accordingly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your h333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
h333 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to h333 support immediately at [email protected].

All account balances, wagers, and transactions on h333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h333 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. If a payment is received in a currency other than PKR, h333 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account.

A bet is not confirmed until h333 has issued a confirmed bet receipt. Bets submitted but not yet confirmed — for example during periods of high traffic or odds update — are not binding on h333. h333 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where bets are placed on events where the outcome is already known or where incorrect odds have been displayed due to technical error.
Where odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure at a level that is clearly inconsistent with fair market odds (a "palpable error"), h333 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether a bet receipt was issued. h333 will notify affected Players and return all stakes in full in such circumstances.
In-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are subject to a short delay between bet placement and confirmation to account for live score updates and streaming latency. h333 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome of the relevant event or micro-event was already determined at the time the bet was submitted, based on available data.
